Radiance Sanneman, LPC (she/her),  is a Level 1 Trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level 2 therapist with a passion for working with the queer population on finding healing and support throughout their mental health journey, with a special focus on complex trauma, spirituality, the trans experience, and identity exploration.

Radiance specializes in supporting survivors of complex trauma or relational transgression (childhood abuse, toxic relationships, or betrayals by partners, employers, spiritual leaders), folx facing life transitions, members of the LGBTQ+ community, & people navigating spiritual/religious crossroads or issues. 

She is taking new clients virtually in July 2026 in VA, MD, DC, and Florida, including 18+ years old individuals and couples. She is currently not taking in person clients. Email her today at radiance@lgbtcounselingdmv.com or book a consultation below. 

Every other Wednesday at 7p EST, this group run by Radiance focuses on creating a safe, communal space for therapeutic and peer support for those identifying anywhere on the transfemale spectrum, including nonbinary, transfemme, trans women, etc. This is a drop-in, no commitment group, so you're welcome to come once, come every time, or at the pace that works best for you!
