Individual THERAPY

While we focus on working within LGBT+ identifying clients, all of our clinicians also work with clients who don't identify on that spectrum. We absolutely love working with people of any background, and are committed to offering the best care no matter what a client's identity is. We work often with family members and partners to the queer community.

All of our clinicians practice different therapeutic approaches based on their personal and professional backgrounds. To read more about individual approaches, see the bio for each clinician. We are also open to client feedback and utilizing methods that the client wants to focus on.

Individual therapy is 45 or 60 minutes in length and can be done in person or virtually. Current costs are $215 for 45 minute sessions and $250 for 60 minute sessions. Our residents in counseling begin at $180 for 45 minute sessions. Sliding scale is available for those in financial need. 

Before seeking counseling, check with your insurance company about out of network reimbursement. Ask the following questions: 

1. What is my out of network deductible?

2. What percentage  is reimbursed before and then after that deductible is hit?

3. What is the specific reimbursement/coverage for CPT codes 90834 and 90837?
