Comprehensive psychological assessments are a powerful tool for helping individuals better understand their experiences, and identify accurate diagnoses and treatment recommendations based on an individual's unique experiences. The assessment process will also help individuals identify their unique strengths and help identify resources that clients can connect with in order to meet their needs. Part of the reason for the length of the assessment process is that only focusing on experiences commonly associated with ADHD or Autism can lead to an incomplete picture of a person's experiences, strengths, and stressors. The assessment process also includes screening for other symptoms (e.g., anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, obsessions/compulsions, learning ability) to help create a more holistic explanation of a person's experiences.
Types of Assessments Offered:
ADHD Assessment
Autism Spectrum Assessment
AuDHD Assessment

The Assessment Process
The assessment process will be tailored based on your presenting concerns and goals for assessment, but the assessment process will generally be as follows:
We charge $260/hr for all our services. For assessments and testing, this includes the intake testing sessions, report writing time, and feedback session. The complete ADHD and Autism Testing averages 12-16 hours, or approximately $3120 to $4160. These prices can occasionally be higher if the process requires more hours than expected.
Fee for intake session ($260) is due at the time of booking.
Deposit/Payment Process
The fee for testing is $260 per hour. A deposit payment of the fee ($260) for the 1-hour intake session is due at the time of booking of the intake. On the day of the intake appointment, the estimated cost of the testing session is charged - for 5 hours of testing, or $1300. These fees are non-refundable, no matter the situation. These deposits are based only on an estimated guess of the final cost, and might not actually reflect the final cost.
The remaining payment is due upon report completion prior to the feedback session.. The remaining payment will include any testing hours not yet charged (if the testing appointment was longer than the estimated 5 hours), hours needed for completion of the final report, and fee for the 1-hour feedback session.
Insurance
We do not accept insurance of any kind, and payment is due in full as services are rendered. We will, however, provide you the CPT codes up front that you can check with your insurance to see if there is reimbursement provided. Most people with PPO plans see 40-80% of costs reimbursed by their insurances. You will receive a superbill after completion that you can submit as a claim to your insurance.
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
Due to the lengthy time testing takes and limited appointment slots available for testing, it is difficult for us to accommodate a lot of rescheduling. If you need to reschedule, we ask for 2 weeks notice, or your deposit is forfeited. With 2 weeks notice, we'll work to get you in the next opening we have, but can not guarantee the time frame in which that will occur.
Any and all cancellations without rescheduling forfeit their booking deposit, and will not receive a refund. There are no exceptions made for this cancellation policy.
